Chad was amazing! From day one he was looking for what we wanted. Anytime we saw a house we liked he was ready to make an appointment for us. We put an offer on one house and even though we didn't get it, he was on top of it the whole time. When found our new home he was ready to do whatever we needed to get everything done!
